Executive Overview & Scouting Vision

The BEGE Empire Talent Acquisition Division serves as the primary gateway for discovering, evaluating, and onboarding extraordinary creative talent into our global ecosystem. Operating under parent corporate entities Black Empire Group Entertainment and Black Empire Gang Entertainment, our talent recruitment and scouting strategy is led under the executive direction of founder, executive producer, and sound architect Magical Hakeem.

We actively identify visionary recording artists, songwriters, producers, audio engineers, and creative directors who possess original artistic voices, disciplined work ethics, and the potential to reshape global music culture.

Core Talent Acquisition Pillars

A. Multi-Genre Scouting Scope

We scout and acquire top-tier talent across our label's key operational genres:

• Afrobeats & Afro-Fusion: Dynamic performers, vocalists, and rhythmic composers pushing continental sounds forward.

• Hip-Hop & Urban Street Culture: Lyricists, trap producers, and performers defining urban culture within the BEGE Gang Collective.

• R&B & Urban Contemporary: Soulful vocalists, vocal arrangers, and contemporary songwriters.

• Electronic, House & DJ Architecture: Electronic music producers, live looping performers, and festival DJs.

• Cinematic & Sync Scoring Composers: Instrumentalists, sound designers, and film score composers.

B. Executive Evaluation & Onboarding

• A&R Sound Audits: Comprehensive analysis of an artist's vocal technique, song structure, audio engineering quality, and market readiness.

• Commercial Potential & Brand Fit: Evaluating an artist's visual aesthetic, work ethic, digital footprint, and synergy with BEGE Luxury Fashion and our broader brand identity.

• Flexible Partnership Models: Tailored contractual arrangements ranging from full recording contracts and co-publishing deals to distribution partnerships and project-based label services.

C. Academy & Festival Pipeline

• BEGE Music Academy Discovery: Top-performing students and creators within our Google Classroom masterclasses are fast-tracked for label signing and development deals.

• BEGE Festival Zanzibar Showcases: Live scouting events during our flagship festival where emerging acts perform directly before our executive team and global delegates.
