Submit Your Demo — Submission Policy

BEGE Empire is actively seeking extraordinary independent talent across Afrobeats, Afro-Fusion, Hip-Hop, R&B, Electronic, and Cinematic/Sync genres. To ensure your submission is reviewed by our A&R team, please adhere strictly to our guidelines:

A. Submission Guidelines

1. Streaming Links Only: Submit unreleased tracks or recent singles using private streaming links (SoundCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, or Audiomack). Do not attach MP3 or WAV files directly to your email.

2. Track Count: Send 1 to 3 of your strongest, original tracks. Quality over quantity.

3. Electronic Press Kit (EPK): Include a short bio, high-resolution artist photos, official social media links, and contact information.

4. Metadata & Rights Ownership: State clearly whether you own or control 100% of the master recordings and underlying musical compositions, or list any co-writers and producers.

B. How to Submit

Send your complete demo package directly to our A&R review team:

• Official Email: infos@begeempire.com

• Email Subject Line: Demo Submission — [Artist Name] — [Primary Genre]

Terms of Submission & Unsolicited Materials

Due to the high volume of submissions received:

• Our A&R team reviews every submission, but we only contact artists whose material aligns with our current catalog strategies and release schedules.

• Submitting music does not guarantee a recording contract, distribution deal, or financial compensation.

• Please allow 14 to 21 business days for our team to evaluate your materials before sending follow-up communications.
