Executive Statement & Intellectual Property Protection

BEGE Empire, operating under parent corporate entities Black Empire Group Entertainment and Black Empire Gang Entertainment under the executive leadership of founder, lead producer, and sound architect Magical Hakeem, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users, artists, partners, and visitors to do the same.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international copyright legislation, BEGE Empire maintains a strict policy regarding the unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or hosting of copyrighted audio, visual, textual, and brand assets across our web network (begeempire.com, magicalhakeem.com, and begeshop.online).

Scope of Protected Intellectual Property

All original materials created, produced, distributed, or published by BEGE Empire are fully protected under domestic and international copyright laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sound Recordings & Master Files: All audio tracks, stem files, sample packs, drum kits, mixes, and masters produced by Magical Hakeem, the BEGE Gang Collective, or released under BEGE Empire label imprints.

• Musical Compositions: All underlying melodies, lyrics, horn lines, rhythm beds, arrangements, and sheet music.

• Visual & Digital Content: Album artwork, music videos, behind-the-scenes footage, website copy, graphics, logos, and promotional assets.

• Apparel & Product Designs: All custom streetwear, African wear, footwear, and accessory designs featured on begeshop.online.

DMCA Notice of Infringement (Takedown Request)

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any content hosted, linked, or distributed on our websites or official platforms infringes upon your copyright, you may submit an official written DMCA Takedown Notice containing the following information:

1. Identification of Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.

2. Identification of Infringing Material: Clear identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL(s) or web page link(s) where the material is located.

3. Contact Details: Your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and official email address.

4. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. Accuracy & Authorization Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

6. Electronic or Physical Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Designated DMCA Agent containing:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

3. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for your legal district.

4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, BEGE Empire will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the copyright owner does not file a legal action within 10–14 business days, the removed content may be restored at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with DMCA requirements and international web standards, BEGE Empire reserves the right to terminate access, remove artist profiles, cancel user accounts, or sever affiliate/distribution contracts for any user or partner found to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights.
